Thanks to Midleton college for inviting us to engage in a workshop focused on Goatscaping, a pesticide free method for weed and vegetable control. Pupils observed the goats at work and learned all about their life cycle, anatomy and benefit for the environment. We were also treated to homemade vegetable soup and scones.
