Two special mentions in Múinteoir Eoin's class have to go to Harry in 4th class and Conor Grant in 3rd.
Firstly Harry constructed a basketball court with his dad and his brother Charlie. Harry outlined three phases of construction: 1. Preparing the ground; 2. Fixing the concrete slabs and wire mesh and 3. The happy day when the concrete truck came and the court took shape. Great learning and for the future, great fun for everyone. Well done Harry!
Conor Grant constructed a wonderful 'Rocket (i.e. coke) Fueled Go Cart. Again lots of work went into the construction of the cart, and lots of trial and error with regard to the best material for the booster at the back! Well done Conor! Fantastic work!
